Ahem.. an announcement of sorts!
As of now, I'm the WoW community manager for machinima.com! (So bye bye unemployment!)
If you have any cool ideas about WoW machinima contests or anything related to WoW machinima - bump my mailbox with your idea(s)! I'm the guy to contact :)
In addition to that, I'll be producing some machinima.com exclusive movies, a series of some sort for starters.
Announcements etc will be found here!
..and finally something I Photoshopped today. Going crazy with layers, brushes and glow ftw.

Congratulations! It's great to see more and more of the top-end machinimators starting to make a living from machinima. Just don't let your new responsibilities stop you making movies!
Johnnie: I'll definitely be doing my "own" machinimas too, but I think my releasing speed will go down a little.
In addition to the machinima.com series, I have "Million Miles From Home" (the music video) and "No Point" (the model change movie) to finish next.

So you say you're in charge of new contest, huh? I think machinima.com is overdue for another WoW contest. Maybe a music video of sorts. I only request that we have more than 3 songs to pick from. That Atrais one was brutal.

Ooo! Congrats on the new job! I just discovered your blog so I'm unsure if you've been a community manager before.
If not, good luck and don't take the users too seriously when they get all grouchy and angry, cause you're still awesome no matter what they say. ^^
