196 - Rage & Rapture

The picture which is shown during the end credits and hopefully as a poster in my wall some day.
Excellent work by Keora - see more of her works from this address!

A plot?! Bah, you don't need such nonsense!

There is someting that looks like a plot in this music eerie, creepy little music video: an undead shadowpriestess blows up foul alliance and other fiendish things with an instacast shadownova.

Keep your eyes wide shut and you might see some companion cubes too!

Last but not least - this video is made to /salute the champion of shadowpriests, Beckon. He was/is one of the few PvP dudes whose videos (the PvPriest series) I liked to watch.

Beckon is also
the reason why I rolled a shadowpriest.

The whole thing took 11 hours+ to render.

More streams + downloadable versions are coming.

Amazing Baron !! I honestly have to say that is my favorite music video you have done. I am one who happens to like quick camera pans and fast changing perspectives. You did them all so fluidly and it went brilliantly with the music. The fact that you did 90% of it in dark tones is the icing on the cake !!

Very well done!

P.S. The end credit background graphic that Keora did is beautiful!

The great Baron does it again. Stop with the teasing man my wife is getting jealous!

I'm highly anticipating this and Kakebukk. Featuring it on Spooncraft as we speak :)

Great work... nice choice of music too. Awesome to see that Beckon inspired that. He's mainly just inspired fear in me as I leveled up on Stonemaul. (I'm pretty sure he MC'd me off the boats more than a hand-full of times)

I'm glad wowinsider.com keeps me updated throughout the work day with what's going on with all things WOW... but now I have your blog Bookmarked so I can grab the good stuff at will.

Beckon had some really cool tunes in his movies.

If I ever make a sequel to this vid, it will use the "Dark Rain" by Current Value song heard on the last PvPriest movie.

Man that was a bag of awesome. Something about Shadow Priests that lends itself well for these type of dark movies, and yes Beckon did have impeccable choice in music and made movies that are minimalistic and polished enough to hold well even by todays standards, I bring them out now and then for the music and the entertainment.

Hmm, one can only hope we get some sort of Shadow Nova for wotlk.

Really amazing work - once again!

I love how you can make your imagery so haunting and atmospheric. After seeing your I'm So Sick video I've been itching to see another music video that chills me, and you have certainly delivered.

An inspiration to myself to make Machinima and no doubt many others ^.^

Again, another amazing movie from the baron. Having finished Portal in a matter of a few hours now, I can understand what those cubes actually are...but...what is their significance? Hmm. I'm pretty sure that question will remain unanswered for the rest of eternity.
Oh, and, call me weird but does anyone else find that Forsaken lady cute? Maybe its because I've just been playing an Undead too long. ;)
What else can I say? Brilliant music. Brilliant filming. Brilliant end graphic. Brilliant!

Baron, I am in awe and inspired by your work, you are a brilliant artist! "Rage & Rapture" is my personal favorite, you have captured the personality of a Shadow Priest so well...and of course Undead Females have the best dance =D

I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future!

Best Regards,
Unastari
